Started life as a pop up BBQ restaurant at private events-festivals and then at a semi-permanent seasonal outdoor BBQ in Dunmow Essex.
Becoming very popular with the locals, people began to travel from all over Essex to come and try dishes from the grill and soak up the cool outdoor vibes.
Having strong ties in Tunbridge Wells, the guys from S&C were keen to help breathe new life into Ely Court.
By day they will be offering banging grilled cheese, Rubén’s and club sandwiches, by evening, expect hearty small plates and sharers from the grill, excellent modern and classic wines, craft beers, cocktails and some mammoth steaks and specials cooked up on the fire-cage!
We can’t wait to cook up a storm in our new intimate BBQ kitchen, we hope to see you all soon!
