CHANGING FACILITY
Royal Victoria Place has opened a new fully accessible changing facility located on the lower mall near the Meadow Road entrance.
The new Changing Places facility is fitted with specialist healthcare equipment including an overhead hoist system, adjustable wash basins, changing benches, and grab rails, all helping to ensure that those with additional needs have a space with more enhanced support than is available in standard accessible toilets.
LOST PROPERTY
If you have lost or found an item whilst shopping in the centre please contact one of our friendly Customer Service Team who will be happy to assist you. Customer Service is located on Lower Mall between Next and M&S and open with the centre opening times. If you have lost an item and need to contact us outside of these hours, please call us on 01892 514141.
HIDDEN DISABILITIES
Royal Victoria Place has joined the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Scheme, to support more than 10 million people living in the UK that have a hidden disability. Official Hidden Disabilities Sunflower lanyards will be available in the centre- just ask a member of our team who have all been trained to recognise the meaning behind the sunflower. ATMs
A cash machine is located on Calverley Row, level 1 and also inside Fenwick & M&S.
PLAYWORLD
Our indoor children’s play facility has now reopened.
CLICK & COLLECT
Many of our stores operate their own click and collect service.
PARKING
The Royal Victoria Place car park (between Fenwick and WHSmith) and Meadow Road car park are are open 7am – 11pm daily.
CAR WASH
A Car Wash and valeting service is available on level 3 of the Royal Victoria Place Car Park.
HEARING LOOP
An induction loop is provided at our customer services on level 1 for the benefit of hearing aid users.
FIRST AID
If you require first aid whilst shopping at the centre, please go to Customer Service on Lower Mall or speak with a member of Security or Housekeeping team on the mall who will be happy to help.
FAMILY FRIENDLY DINING
A number of our cafes and restaurants offer family-friendly facilities to include children’s menus, high chairs and parent changing facilities. Please check with individual retailers for further details.
ACCESSIBLE PARKING
Accessible parking bays are located on levels 4 and 6 of the Royal Victoria Place Car Park. Blue badge holders park for free with no time limitations, a blue badge must be clearly displayed.
ACCESSIBLE TOILETS
Disabled toilets are available in the following locations only: Meadow Road, Five Ways, Food Court. There are also disabled toilet facilities available in in Fenwick and M&S.
PARENT & CHILD PARKING
Extra-wide parking bays make shopping easier for those with children and are located on level 4 and 6 of the Royal Victoria Place Car Park with direct access to the malls.
TOILETS
Our customer toilet facilities are open. Accessible toilets are available in the Food Court, Five Ways and Meadow Road. To help you find your way around, see our mall guide.

PARENT & CHILD ROOM
Our Parent and Baby room is located in the Food Court. The facility is cleaned frequently and available for all parents.
