Job description: A Perfume Shop Sales Advisor provides excellent customer service by helping customers choose fragrances and related products. They create a welcoming shopping experience, achieve sales targets, and ensure the store is clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Recommend fragrances and gift sets based on customers’ preferences and needs. Demonstrate product knowledge, including fragrance notes, brands, and promotions. Achieve individual and store sales targets. Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Handle customer enquiries, returns, and complaints professionally. Replenish stock and maintain attractive product displays. Keep the store clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards. Promote loyalty programs, special offers, and seasonal campaigns. Work collaboratively with team members to deliver excellent customer service.
Skills and Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service and sales abilities. Passion for fragrances, beauty, and retail. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Good organisational and time management skills. Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills. Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required. Experience Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but often not essential.
