We are delighted to welcome an additional 2 new retailers to Royal Victoria Place (RVP) and 3 new independents to Ely Court and the town.
Firstly we would like to welcome Jamaica Blue, opening soon on the upper mall. Jamaica Blue has been built on two simple beliefs that have guided them in everything they have done: a belief in sourcing the very best coffee; and a belief in using only fresh, premium ingredients to deliver contemporary café dishes with a twist.
The name, Jamaica Blue, is drawn from the majestic Blue Mountains of Jamaica, one of the best coffee producing regions in the world and home to their exclusive Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee. Their simple philosophy of great coffee and food, together with their passionate crew of chefs, baristas and service teams are the Jamaica Blue recipe for continued success.
Michael Johnson, Franchise Development Executive at Foodco UK, said:
“Bringing Jamaica Blue to Royal Victoria Place in Tunbridge Wells is an exciting step for us. Tunbridge Wells is a vibrant and growing town with a strong local identity, making it an ideal location for our café experience. We’re confident Jamaica Blue will quickly become a favourite spot for locals.”
Another new operator to join RVP is Kochi Café, an exciting new venture. The brand’s mission is to delight customers with fluffy pancakes in a wide variety of flavours. Originally inspired by a French soufflé, refined in Japan, and now brought to the UK, Kochi Café aims to offer people a fresh and unique dessert experience.
The café partners with local farmers to source the freshest fruits and nuts, ensuring every dish is of the highest quality. Alongside its signature pancakes, Kochi Café will serve a range of speciality drinks, including Strawberry Matcha, Iced Velvet Chocolate, Pistachio Coffee Latte, and more. At Kochi Café, the belief is simple: freshness speaks for itself.
